Accepted POA is operated by Keystone Brands Holdings LLC. This page explains what we collect and why.

Your email address

If you sign up for a free checklist, we collect your email address. It's stored with our email provider, Kit (kit.com), and used to send you the checklist, occasional updates when power-of-attorney rules change, and news about Accepted POA products. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We don't sell or rent your email address, and we don't share it with other companies for their marketing.

What you write in our worksheets

Our checklists and worksheets are files you download. Whatever you write in them stays with you; we never see it.

Site traffic

Our host, Cloudflare, may collect standard traffic data such as pages viewed and approximate location, which we use only to understand how the site is used. We don't use advertising trackers.

If the business changes hands

If Accepted POA or its assets are sold or transferred, your email address may be transferred to the new owner as part of that sale. The new owner must keep honoring this policy for the information they receive, and you can still unsubscribe at any time.
