Terms of use
These terms cover your use of acceptedpoa.com and Accepted POA products, provided by Keystone Brands Holdings LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company. By using the site, you agree to them.
Information and organizing tools only
Our products are general information and organizing tools. We don't prepare, draft, fill in or review powers of attorney or any other legal document, and we don't tell you which kind of document to use. Nothing we publish is legal advice. Please read our disclaimer.
Family-use license
Our checklists, kits and worksheets are licensed for your own family's use. You may print, copy and share them with the people helping you. Please don't resell, republish or share them outside that circle.
Buying a kit
Paid kits are sold through Gumroad, which processes your payment and delivers your download right away.
Refunds
If a kit isn't useful to you, email hello@acceptedpoa.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
No warranty
The site and products are provided "as is." We can't promise that any bank, agency or other institution will accept a particular power of attorney; that depends on the document, the law and the institution. To the extent the law allows, Keystone Brands Holdings LLC isn't liable for decisions made using our information.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the bottom of each page shows the latest version. Questions: hello@acceptedpoa.com.
